The Challenge
PCL’s rapid growth exposed limitations in their existing website, which was built on a one-size-fits-all template provided by their previous vendor. This template was restrictive, slow, and difficult for PCL to expand and manage their content effectively. Although the site was technically editable, it lacked user-friendliness, particularly for PCL’s staff, who found updating the site cumbersome and frustrating. The challenge was to create a website that could scale with PCL’s growth, providing both ease of use for their team and a robust platform for future goals.
