The Challenge
Despite their reputation for innovation in furniture design, Trendway’s digital presence struggled to live up to their name. Their outdated website was not only difficult to manage and maintain, but it also failed to support the company’s rapid growth and continuous introduction of new products. The site was built to handle their vast product catalog, featuring extensive categories, collections, surface materials, and configurations. A product configurator was also integrated to provide users with an intuitive, interactive experience for exploring and customizing furniture options.

The website became a cornerstone of their marketing efforts, allowing them to launch new products quickly and effectively, particularly during the pandemic when rapid innovation was essential.

Additionally, our strong partnership with Trendway extended to their eventual acquisition by Fellowes, where we also supported streamlined UX and consistent website design efforts.
