The Challenge

While DRM’s mission to serve Michigan’s disability community was well-defined, their ability to reach a broader audience was limited by a lack of dedicated resources for marketing strategy, execution, and optimization. We launched strategic social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook and Instagram to raise awareness of critical advocacy topics and DRM’s services. Paired with Google SEM advertising, these efforts connected DRM with individuals actively searching for disability rights information.
