Sales & Marketing Associate
Kmotion Design is a collaborative, forward-thinking digital agency specializing in custom, user-centered B2B experiences across web design, branding, video, and marketing. We primarily work with manufacturers, industrial brands, and niche B2B organizations.
Everything we build is strategic and custom. We invest deeply in understanding our clients pain points, growth goals, how decisions are made in complex buying environments, and how digital experiences support long-term revenue, not quick wins.
We are a close-knit team of self-starters, designers, problem-solvers, and strategic thinkers committed to delivering measurable value and long-term ROI for our clients. Our clients trust us with their brand, their reputation, and their business. Every piece of work we deliver reflects who we are, not deliverables.
We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to work directly with our CEO and support revenue growth across sales, lead marketing, and business development. This role plays a critical part in creating momentum, follow-through, and visibility across the entire sales process.
This is a full-time remote role (US-based only), 8–5p EST.
The Role
As a Sales & Marketing Associate, you will work directly with the CEO to support revenue growth by identifying, nurturing, and advancing qualified opportunities.
This role blends sales development, marketing coordination & implementation, and revenue operations support. You will be involved from first touch through internal handoff, helping move opportunities forward while building repeatable systems and processes along the way.
You will engage aligned prospects through research, outreach, and thoughtful follow-up, building trust over time and qualifying opportunities before they move into CEO-led conversations. You will recognize when a lead is ready and ensure the CEO is brought in with full context and clear objectives.
This role requires occasional travel for events, sales initiatives, and training, approximately 6 times per year.
This Role Is for You If…

- You have endurance.
- You communicate with intention and restraint.
- You take ownership.
- You think strategically.
- Ask thoughtful questions and truly listen.
- Stay steady and patient.
- Value depth, clarity, and alignment over volume.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Development & Relationship Building

- Capture and translate sales conversations into clear internal context
- Support forecasting and proactively identify stalled opportunities or gaps in momentum
- Ensure project objectives, constraints, and expectations are clearly understood at kickoff
- Document and maintain effective and ineffective outreach and conversations, identifying patterns in what resonates, what stalls momentum, and why
- Continuously refine messaging and sales approaches based on real prospect feedback and outcomes
- Manage and maintain deals / opportunities, ensuring deal stages, notes, and follow-ups are accurate, current, and aligned with CRM (Hubspot) and pipeline visibility
- Prepare and support proposals for both new and existing clients, including gathering context, outlining objectives, coordinating inputs, and ensuring accuracy and clarity prior to delivery
Marketing & Growth Support
- Support sales-aligned marketing campaigns and lead nurturing initiatives
- Refine messaging based on real prospect feedback and conversations

- Working knowledge of web design, digital marketing, and emerging technologies
- Familiarity with emerging AI tools and how they impact marketing and sales
